The Annual Meeting allows ACSO members to vote on the slate of new and renewing board members, meet new board officers, thank outgoing board members, and learn about the association’s financial health, mission-driven work, and future initiatives.

The Annual Meeting usually takes place during the Annual Conference. One representative from an active organizational member may vote.
If you are an ACSO member and you would like to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting but do not plan on registering for the conference, email office@acso.org by Friday, July 25, 2025 to RSVP.
