Advertising Opportunities

Dedicated Email Blast - $750

A full-page ad in a dedicated email blast sent by ACSO to our full database of opted-in members and friends (approximately 3,800) will push your message out to key consumers.

Limited opportunities are available.

Ad must be delivered to and approved by ACSO staff at least one week in advance of the publishing date agreed on by ACSO and the advertiser.

Ad should include a compelling image, content, special offer or call to action, contact information, and a link back to your website.

Advertiser is responsible for designing the ad to fit ACSO’s size specifications.

  • PDF, TIFF, or JPEG formats accepted
  • Approximately 786 x 792 px

Ad in ACSO eNews - $500

An ad included in ACSO’s bi-weekly electronic newsletter sent to our full database of opted-in members and friends (approximately 3,800) will push your message out to key consumers.  

ACSO eNews is a concise roundup of timely news and information relevant to our members, with an average open rate of 35%, this is our most important communication tool with our network.  

Limited opportunities are available. 

The sponsor must provide all final and edited content. ACSO will not provide proofreading or design services.  

Ad should include a compelling image, content, special offer or call to action, contact information, and a link back to your website.  

Ad content must be delivered to and approved by ACSO at least one week in advance of the eNews publishing date, usually on the 2nd or 4th Thursdays of the month.  

Advertiser is responsible for designing the ad to fit ACSO’s size specifications.  

  • 100 words maximum
  • 1 image - PDF, TIFF, or JPEG formats accepted  
  • Approximately 1080 x 1080 px

Sponsored Ad on ACSO's Social Media Platforms - $250

ACSO will share one sponsored post on our three main social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn - reaching approximately 2,300 combined followers to push your message out to key contsituents.  

Content must be delivered to and approved by ACSO at least one week in advance of the agreed-upon posting date.  

Advertiser is responsible for providing all content to fit ACSO’s specifications.  

  • Post only (no stories or reels)  
  • Approx. 100 words for the caption 
  • Include up to 3 images  
  • VIDEO specs: 
    • Aspect ratio between 1.91:1 and 9:16. 
    • Videos should have a minimum frame rate of 30 FPS (frames per second) and a minimum resolution of 720 pixels
    • The maximum file size for videos that are 10 minutes or less is 650MB. The maximum file size for videos up to 60 minutes is 3.6GB. 

 ACSO will tag the advertiser in sponsored posts, when applicable

Sponsorship Opportunities

ACSO Career Center - $300 per month

Put your company’s linked name and logo at the top of the most visited page on ACSO’s website: the Career Center. Averaging 750 views per month, the ACSO Career Center is a trusted resource for classical music professionals looking to advance their careers and find their next professional challenge.  

Exclusive to one sponsor per month. Ask us about discounts for multi-month sponsorships.

ACSO eNews - $250 - $4,800

Sponsor one or more issues of ACSO eNews, our bi-monthly member newsletter containing timely information and opportunities from the classical music field. ACSO eNews is sent to our full database of opted-in members and friends (approximately 3,800). Your company’s linked name and logo will be prominently featured at the top of the issue. Exclusive to one sponsor per issue. 
 
Pricing Options: 

  • One issue: $250 
  • Three months of issues (appx 6 issues at $225 each): $1,350  
  • Full-year of issues (appx 24 issues at $200 each): $4,800

ACSO Webinars and Workshops - $500 - $2,500

ACSO’s webinars, meetings, workshops, and other educational programs offer unparalleled opportunities for orchestra managers to learn from top industry professionals and connect with their colleagues.

Sponsoring these professional development programs could bring your company the following benefits (to be determined with ACSO):

  • The sponsor's linked name and logo in all program marketing and on the registration website and materials.
  • Recognition in virtual or onsite signage.
  • Verbal recognition at the beginning of the program and the sponsor's contact information shared with attendees in a post-program email.
  • A list of the program attendees (with permission given) shared with the sponsor. 

Non-exclusive – open to multiple sponsors per program. Sponsorship price varies depending on each program's specific format and scope.

Underwrite an ACSO Award - $2,500 per award

What better way to show ACSO members that you support orchestras than by putting YOUR company’s name on an award from ACSO? 

ACSO’s Awards Program recognizes remarkable individual and organizational members for their meaningful contributions to the orchestra field. ACSO currently distributes five awards: 1) Executive Leadership Award, 2) Emerging Professional Award,  3) MVP Volunteer Award, 4) Social Impact Award, and 5) Young Musician Leadership Award.

ACSO offers underwriters a full year of exclusive branding opportunities for each award. Benefits include:

  • Linked name and logo on the ACSO website and the application materials
