The ACSO Annual Conference gathers together 250-300 orchestra professionals and leaders from California and the Western U.S. to learn from thought-leaders, experts, and one another. Attendees explore our industry’s big-picture trends and opportunities, while also brushing up on practical orchestra and nonprofit management skills.
The conference includes plenary sessions with keynote speaker, breakout sessions, peer forums, networking events, and more. Sessions focus on the vital issues facing orchestras today, such as strategic audience building, strengthening the business model, building community partnerships, growing the leadership and governance pipeline, raising contributed revenue, innovations in inclusive programming, and embracing technology.
