ACSO was founded in 1969 at Asilomar as a means of sharing information and resources for California orchestras. Forty years later, we have expanded those services to include more skill-building workshops, management consultations, job postings, national and statewide advocacy, monthly calendars of orchestras' schedules, field statistics and data, and this Web site stocked with all manner of resources for you to use.
